Welcome to The Citadel!

I am Don Chen, a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). My blog is all about things that I am interested in. From art, food, gaming, pets, photography and videography. I like a lot of things but there some parts in life that I would like to focus.

The Citadel was named after one of the places in Mass Effect and for me serves as one of my security blanket. I get to express my ideas, wants and needs to everyone who would find it interesting. This also serves as one of things that I’m planning to use in the future as a reminiscing tool to serve as one of my diaries.

Why BSN?

I never really knew why I took up nursing. The only reason I can come up is that there almost all of the courses that I could thing of have already closed. I never had plans for nursing as I was really interested in the culinary arts. I wanted to become a chef. Now, a graduate, I can slowly build up to that dream or maybe become a photographer, movie director or something else. Quite funny, I don’t really know where I’m going but I only rely to what’s going to happen. All I know is that God is driving my life and I’m just going with the flow. (He knows what’s best)
