PNA Registration and Guidelines for Oath Taking – Davao

I just paid for my membership and oath taking ticket today and I got some more information to share about the event. You may only register in the following dates and times on or before March 2010.

Registration will take place in the following dates.

February 11-12, 15-17 @ 2:00pm – 4:30pm

February 18-19, 22-26, March 1-5 @ 9:00am-11:30pm & 2:00pm-4:30pm

THERE WILL BE NO ON SITE REGISTRATION (Referring to CAP Auditorium)

PNA office is located at KIDAR BLDG., 17-A Gen. Luna Street Davao City (St. Louie Review Center Building).

Guidelines for oath taking is given as you pay for the ticket and membership. (or you could read some of it here)

1.) Attire:

Ladies: White gala uniform with school pin, nurse’s cap, white duty shoes and stockings, hair not touching the collar, and without earrings. Light make-up is encouraged.

Gentlemen: White gala uniform with school pin, white duty shoes, haircut, no beard, mustache and goatee.

2.) Corsage is not allowed

3.) Call time is 1 hour before the actual time of the program. (AM Program 7:00AM and PM Program 12:00NN)

4.) No escort is allowed as the venue is relatively small.

5.) The Deans and the PNA officers will check that you are in proper attire for the occassion.

6.) Please BRING your GATE PASS. No GATE PASS, no entry.

7.) Hereunder is the schedule of the oath taking. Everyone is enjoined to strictly adhere to the posted schedule as we would not be all accommodated at one time in the venue.l
