Requirements for PRC Registration

As of 10pm on January 31, 2010, I just saw the long list of names in the November 2009 Nursing Licensure Exams. And glad to say that I passed an along with 37,527 who passed the exams. Anyway, here are the requirements for the registration at PRC.The Professional Regulation Commission reminded those who will register are required to bring the following:

1.) Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal

2.) Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)

3.) 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)

4.) 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)

5.) 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession;

6.) to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2010-2013.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
