Typhoon Pepeng
Just now from PAGASA thru ABS-CBN, Typhoon Pepeng has been reported to have wind speeds of 130-160 kilometer per hour. PAGASA also reports that Typhoon Pepeng is a lot more stronger the Typhoon Ondoy in terms of wind speed but PAGASA fails to report the amount of rainfall it carries due to lack of equipment. It is expected to reach the Northern areas of Luzon by Saturday.
