Update:

From Jeric Sevilla, Head of Corporate Communications of Manila Water:

With the exception of the flooded areas of San Mateo, Rodriguez, Pasig, Taytay, Angono, Binangonan and Marikina, potable water supply continues to be available from the taps of 90% of the residents of the East Zone under Manila Water.

18 water tankers have been mobilized to provide water supply to those areas in San Mateo and San Rafael in Rodriguez, Rizal.

While laboratory results meet the parameters of the DOH and Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water, the public is advised to boil their water especially in areas that were flooded and whose internal plumbing systems may be leak-prone to avoid contamination.

Update:

Bagyo Ondoy has brought heavy rains yesterday to many parts of Manila. Flooded the streets, sunken cars and houses, and even brought death. Such a calamity to all who lived there, those who didn’t know and the innocent. Many people have died because of it and many left homeless.

If you check out the videos, you’ll see the calamity of it all. You can see some people who are standing in floating debris over a flash flood – quite terrible.

You can check out the related videos of Bagyo Ondoy at YouTube. Check out also this video posted on Facebook by one of the victims. http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=281979720576

All rescue efforts are being made and donations are pouring in to several donation centers. If you want to help, you can probably contact one of the government agencies or best yet start your own group and help in the rescue effort. You could also try to google up about groups who would be helping.

While a lot of people are grieving and all so worried about the people who are suffering from this calamity. One stands

to even mock at the one’s who died. I was looking into one of my favorite online communities and discovered this horrible person. Apart from that fashion designer, then the UP cat killer, the Chinese girl who commented about the earthquake, and Mr. Chip Tsao. She comes along with this statement.

10635_289544440079_523060079_9107546_1515883_nVery terrible person even mocking the people who are suffering. I wonder if she’ll get punished with what she is doing. A screenshot was made at Facebook when someone saw this. A Facebook group was also started against this person. You may join if you wish. It is really annoying to find such persons in this world. Laughing at the people who are suffering. She didn’t even think what if it happened to her area. In line with this, a person in the online community/forum posted this http://imgur.com/pvx3c.jpg And wow! That person must be really angry to have made this.

Subscribe to us if you would like to receive updates on ow to help in this calamity. I shall be looking for solutions and I’ll be posting them here.

  1. PLEASE ALERT ALERT BID NOT TO ACCEPT HER HERE!!! JAN NA LANG SYA SA DUBAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PETITION TO MAKE HER PERSONA NON GRATA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PATI SA CATHOLIC CHURCH!!!
IS SHE FOR REAL?WHAT A CALLOUSE SOUL.

  2. sna isa k s min n.. bka isa s mga kamag anak mu.. ang isa s min n nkranas ng bagyong ondoy…

  3. CAN ANYONE START THAT PETITION ONLINE THING? It worked for Willy Revillame.. These callous arrogant and ignorant people will wake up with mass voices. FaceBook can only reach so much.

  4. jacque, we’re talking about lives here.. not about success or anything, Filipino ka din. and galing kang pinas, hope no one from your family, relatives and even friends experienced bagyong ondoy. and please, wag ka na lang mag english.. barok e..

  5. it’s so frustrating to know that some people will change so much just because they were able to reach those industrialized countries..however, they don’t have a bit of right to condemn those people who have suffered the calamity that our country has experienced right now..i think those people who said those kind of words are so stupid and arrogant..i just wish that sooner or later, they will experience much calamity and pain in their life so that they can feel the pain that our fellow Filipino people have experienced right now..

  6. If its true that she made that statement, and she does become a Persona Non Grata, she won’t be able to come here to renew her visa for Dubai when it runs out. Her only option is to create her own country of Rear Suckassthan or something.

  7. Any idea when she would make a statement? If I was screwed that big a statement would be definitely my first priority.

  8. jacque bermejo???? ur so funny… u make me laugh sa mga statements mo na wrong naman grammar…. bwahahaha…

  9. eii hais its so hard

  10. before anything else, jacque bermejo please check your grammar… okay? nakakahiya ka kasi muka ka na ngang katulong tapos yung grammar mo pa super barok… tsk tsk.. we filipinos pity you, dahil nagyon pa lang your soul is already rotting in hell, madaming filipinos ang nagtutulungan ngayon tapos ikaw natutuwa sa nangyayari, hahahaha but who knows baka ikaw na next victim ni ondoy… >:))

  11. May comment na po from dubai police to verify yung claim ni Ms. Jacque. please see http://archive.gulfnews.com/articles/09/10/01/10353684.html. SO NOW, THE PEOPLE WHO WERE QUICK TO JUDGE AND MAKE HASTY COMMENTS TO DESTROY SOMEBODY’S REPUTATION INCLUDING THOSE WHO TOOK TIME TO WRITE MS. BERMEJO’S BOSS (attention Mr. Domino Cid who claims to be Atenean and circulated the letter allegedly from Concerned Filipino citizens addressed to Jacque’s boss), WILL THEY HAVE THE BALLS AND GUTS TO APOLOGIZE TO THE REAL JACQUELINE BERMEJO OR STILL CLAIM THEIR INNOCENCE AND MAKE EXCUSES NA UNBELIEVABLE PA RIN YUNG STATEMENTS NYA WHEN SHE WAS CLEARING HER NAME? WILL THEY STILL SIDE WITH THE PERSON BEHIND THE MALICIOUS ACTION (ayun yung taong yun masarap ang tulog habang tayo nag-aaway-away at may nasira ang pangalan)? Baka naman we have become worse than the actual person who made the malicious comment, kung sino man sya. What is left for us to do is help the real Jacque Bermejo out of this traumatic experience na di nya kagustuhan and lets exert our efforts na lang to help each other na makabawi sa nawala dahil kay typhoon Ondoy. pati na po magdasal since meron na naman pong bagyo na darating. Yun lang po. God bless us all.

  12. sana nasa magandang kalagayan na au

  13. wag kalimutang manalangin sa panginoon…

  14. kaya nyo yan,wag lang kayo mawalan ng pag`asa…always have faith in god…mabuhy!!!!

  15. …makakamove on din kau…

  16. …cno ung may mggndang loob pls. tulungAn natN CLA..go3x.GOd will pRoviDE..

    plastic!!

  18. http://www.facebook.com/search/?post_form_id=bffb...

Look at this maggot-headed Filipino. He still wishes another killer typhoon that devastated the Philippines last October 2009. What a shame!!

    and this is just recent.

  19. Thanks for this post! However, I had difficulty viewing this article in Safari 5. Just wanted to bring that to your attention! Best regards.

  20. NoyNoy aquino will be our symbol for our hope that the Philippines will someday be a better country.-:.
